How to do a Pullup

When it comes to building a strong,defined back or learning advanced moves like the Muscleup,few moves can match the simple pullup.The pullup is known as a pull 
motion.And when doing them remember,form over repetitions!.
    Things needed;A bar

  1. Grip the handles of your bar. 
  2. Pull your body up so that your chest is level with the bar keeping your shoulder blades pinched back.
  3. Lower yourself back down under control,until your arms are fully extended again.
